In December of 2011, Wert-Berater, Inc. created a new company subsidiary known as Wert-Berater Valuation Group.  The effort of this creation is to provide a greater focus on the company products and services.  The Wert-Berater Valuation Group also has its own telephone number at 1-888-551-4449.  Frank Zajic and Vince Lewis are your contacts.


November 2011, Wert-Berater, Inc. expanded operations to Munich, Germany.  Donald Safranek, Director of Client Relations is heading up move to Munich.  The goal is to provide a more global platform for our clients. 


As of January 2012, Wert-Berater Valuation Group is approved by Meadows Bank as a provider of appraisals.

Recent Feasibility Studies


In January of 2012, Wert-Berater, Inc. was engaged by Patriot Porcelain, LLC. an Indiana based company to provide a feasibility study for their project.  The firm is seeking backing by the USDA B&I Loan Guarantee Program.  This manufacturing project is part of the push by the USDA to create and promote U.S. based manufacturing.


In December of 2011, Wert-Berater, Inc. provided a feasibility study for Mojave Breeze, LLC. of Boulder City, Nevada.  The first draft report was provided and the company is reviewing the report.  The company is seeking both a USDA Grant and B&I Loan.


Wert-Berater, Inc. recently completed a feasibility study for JN Substance Abuse in Somers Point, New Jersey to be used for USDA Grant and B&I Loan underwriting.  The project is an outpatient substance abuse clinic.


In December of 2011, we completed a feasibility study for PUT Bank a non-profit organization for a community center.  The 25,000 square foot facility is seeking a USDA Direct Loan in South Carolina.


In November of 2011, we completed a feasibility study for the world’s largest proposed super intensive shrimp farm in Qatar for Mountain Sky Group of Loveland Colorado.  The firm is seeking private financing.


In June of 2011, we completed a feasibility study for a solar install project in Maryland.  The study was used for a USDA REAP Grant.


In June of 2011, we provided a feasibility study for a solar project in Alabama to be used for a USDA REAP Grant.


In May of 2011, we provided a feasibility study for a solar install project in New Jersey for a USDA REAP Grant.


In March of 2011, we completed a feasibility study for a super intensive shrimp farm, vermiculture and tilapia farm in Martinsville, Indiana.   The firm is seeking a USDA loan guarantee and private financing.


In March of 2009, we provided a feasibility study for a loan guarantee for Ag Strong, LLC. in Bowersville, Georgia for a Canola Oil Refinery.  The project was subsequently financed with a USDA loan guarantee.

Recent Highest and Best Use Studies
Wert-Berater, Inc. recently completed a highest and best use study for an under-improved commercial site in Irvine, California.

Recent Appraisals
Wert-Berater Valuation Group recently completed a Summary Appraisal Report for a 16 unit apartment building in North Las Vegas, Nevada to be used by the confidential client for bankruptcy purposes.


Wert-Berater, Inc. recently completed the appraisal of several residential lots in Costa Rica.


Wert-Berater, Inc. recently completed the appraisal of a 5,000+ residential unit, hotels, marina and commercial areas on two golf courses in La Paz, Mexico.
