COUNTRY INN & SUITES ORLANDO FLORIDA

This hotel feasibility study was developed and constructed in 1998 whereas Wert-Berater, Inc. provided the feasibility study for a 170-unit of which 48 rooms are suite limited service hotel.   The feasibility study was used for construction and permanent loan financing.

 

BEST WESTERN PLUS UNIVERSAL INN

This hotel fesibility study was part of the GoldStar Development group portfolio for a 59 room project that is situated accross from the main entrance of Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.  This feasibility study was used by Orange Bank for construction and SBA 7(a) permanent financing.

 

THE WALESBILT HOTEL LAKE WALES FLORIDA

This hotel feasibility study was for the planned renovations of the registered historic Walesbilt Hotel, a high-rise 12-story 93-unit building located in the Central Business District (CBD) at 5 West Park Ave, Lake Wales, Polk County, Florida 33853. This hotel feasibility study was used for USDA B&I loan guarantee.

 

BEST WESTERN INN & SUITES YUMA ARIZONA

This hotel feasibility study was provided to the Bank of Hope of Los Angeles, California related to the acquistion and continuance of the 166 room hotel property that was constructed in 1981 in Yuma, Arizona.  The study was used for a SBA loan.

 

MICROTEL & SUITES GEORGETOWN COLORADO

This hotel feasibility study was for the planned Microtel Inn & Suites to be located in Georgetown, Colorado.  Celtic Bank engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to evaluate the opportunity for a 77-unit interior corridor hotel project for SBA loan underwriting.

 

MOAB BOTIQUE HOTEL ARIZONA

This hotel feasibility study was for the new construction project planned to be located at 2701 S. Highway 191 in Moab, Utah 84532.  First Utah Bank engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide the feasibility study for the independant interior corridor project

 

LA QUINTA INN & SUITES SANTA CRUZ CALIFORNIA

This hotel feasibility study was for the 60-unit planned La Quinta Inn & Suites as a redevelopment project at 550 2nd Street in Santa Cruz, California 95060.  This hotel feasibility study was prepared for Poppy Bank for construction financing.

 

COMFORT INN MORENO VALLEY CALIFORNIA

Bank of Hope of Los Angeles, California engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. for a hotel feasibility study related to the Comfort Inn located in Moreno Valley, California for an evaluation of the 94-unit hotel acquistion and continuance for SBA loan underwriting.

 

CAMBRIA HOTEL & SUITES SPARTANBURG S CAROLINA

This hotel feasibility study was for the new construction planned interior corridor limited service 120-unit Cambria Hotel & Suites to be located within the CDB of Spartanburg, South Carolina. The feasibility study was used for SBA loan underwriting.

 

TOWNEPLACE SUITES SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA

We have completed a variety of agribusiness projects from Egypt to Qatar, Puerto Rico and throughout the United States including indoor hydroponics projects.  We have recently provided feasibility studies for hydroponics projects to be used by the USDA for B&I loan underwriting.

CDC Small Business Finance of San Diego, California contracted Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study for the acquistion and renovation of the Seal Cove Inn located in Moss Beach, California for SBA financing.

 

PARAMOUNT HOTEL DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

CDC Small Business Finance of San Diego, California contracted Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study for the acquistion and renovation of the Seal Cove Inn located in Moss Beach, California for SBA financing.

 

COMFORT INN STEVENSON RANCH LOS ANGELES

IC Kang Corportation engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study for their acquistion of the Comfort Suites Stevenson Ranch in Los Angeles, California.  The 100 room property was to be financed with an SBA loan.

 

BUENA PARK HOTEL & SUITES BUENA PARK CA

OM Hotel LLC engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hote feasibility study related to the acquision of the 171 room property that was constructed in 1973 as part of their due diligence and loan applicaiton.

 

AURA VERDE HOTEL DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Aura Verde Hotel engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study for the planned new construction 11 unit botique energy efficient hotel in Samana, Dominican Republic.

Live Oak Bank engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel fesibility study for the planned 73 room interior corridor limited service Holiday Inn Express hotel planned in Weed, California. The Feasibility Study was for USDA B&I Financing.

 

HAMPTON INN & SUITES MURRIETA CALIFORNIA

DKN Hotel, LLC engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study related to an SBA refinance request for the newly constructed 106 room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel located in MurrĂ­eta, California.

 

HYATT PLACE NEW SMYRNA BEACH FLORIDA

Wert-Berater, Inc, was engaged by a private real estate developer to provide a hotel feasibility study for the planned 114 room limited service interior corridor Hyatt Place planned  new construction hotel project in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Olivia Hospitality, LLC engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study for a 48 room Sleep Inn & Suites, a Choice Hotels International, Inc. franchise planned to be constructed in Olivia, Minnesota for USDA B&I loan guarantee.

Onsen, LLC engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility for planned acqusition and renovation of the apartment to hotel repositiong project in Desert Hot Springs, California for private financing.

 

LA QUINTA INN & SUITES TERRE HAUTE INDIANA

The hotel feasibility study for the new construction La Quinta Inn & Suites, an 80- room interior corridor limited service hotel located at East Margaret Avenue in Terre Haute, Indiana for construction and permanent loan financing.

 

HAMPTON INN & SUITES SAN PABLO CALIFORNIA

The planned 80 room limited service Hampton Inn & Suites in San Pablo, California hotel feasibility study was provided to Montgomery Wilshire Capital for their SBA construction loan underwriting program.

 

SOPHIE ROLAND BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Dos Lagos Regional Center engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study for the proposed new construction 120 room full service hotel to be constructed in Corona, California at the Dos Lagos neighborood for EB-5 USCIS review.

 

HOTEL DU VILLAGE NEW HOPE PENNSYLVANIA

Aileron Capital Management engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a hotel feasibility study for the planned renovation of the  27 room historic inn Hotel du Village located in New Hope, Pennsyvania for USDA B&I underwriting.

 

RAINBOW BOUTIQUE HOTEL SAN FRANCISCO CA

The 15 room boutique hotel feasibility study for the planned new construction project located at 400 Bay Street in San Franciso, California.  This hotel feasibility study was developed for review by the USCIS for EB-5 Visa applications.

 

HOTEL GRANDIUM PRAGUE CZECH REPUBLIC

The hotel feasibility study for the 198 room 5 Star luxury hotel located in the heart of the capital city, Prague, Czech Republic.  This hotel feasibility study was for private equity underwriting. The building is seven stories with subterranean parking.

 

THE MEYDAN HOTEL DUBAI

The hotel feasibility study for the 285 room 5 star hotel complex located Meydan Racecourse Al Meydan Road in Dubia.  This full service hotel complex feasibility study was provided for private equity review as part of their underwriting.

 

LA QUINTA INN & SUITES GLENDIVE MONTANA

The 63 room La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel feasibility study for the planned new construction project located at 1717 North Merrill Avenue, Glendive, Montana 59330.  This hotel feasibility study was prepared for USDA B&I Loan financing.

 

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES

The hotel feasibility study for the 108 room interior corridor Holiday Day Inn Express & Suites located at Pike Street in Marietta, Ohio was used for USCIS review related to the EB-5 VISA program.

 

WINGATE INN PORFOLIO ORLANDO FLORIDA

GoldStar Hotel Group of Orlando requested six hotel feasibility studies for their planned Orlando/Lake Mary and Atlanta, Georgia locations related to the Wingate Inn portfolio for new construction projects for commercial bank financing.
