The RV Park Feasibility Study was developed in accordance with USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) Feasibility Study Guide RD Instruction 4279 B Appendix E. Therefore, this RV Park Feasibility Study included:

The Client also requested an Economic Impact Analysis whereby the potential community benefits are calculated by using the IMPLAN modeling formulas.


The project was on a land lease and part of a larger 350 slip marina. The land use for RV Park was suitable because of the topography and beautiful mountain lake views at Sardis Lake.


RV Park Feasibility Studies are normally required when making applications for USDA Guarantee Loan Programs.
