Citywide community development plan — 17,000 residential units, 500,000 SF of commercial development, and ancillary uses

A citywide community development plan for the City of Laredo, Texas evaluating a large, phased program of residential, commercial, and ancillary uses with a total program value of approximately $5.3 billion. Wert-Berater served as independent feasibility consultant, testing market demand, absorption, and financial feasibility across the full program so the City could stage development in line with population growth, infrastructure capacity, and market depth.
