Request a Portfolio ProgramWould you like Wert-Berater to serve as an independent analytical resource when your lending team needs feasibility, market analysis, underwriting support or ongoing asset monitoring?
Explore the scope before registering. Existing institutions can continue to sign in and order through the lender portal; analytical inquiries do not require a portal account.
Build a Lender Relationship Create Lender AccountFees are set per project from the factors that genuinely change the work: the financing program, the project type, location and data availability, project scale, the number of sites, technical complexity, added services, and whether rush delivery is requested and available.
When an approved pricing rule covers the order, the portal presents a fixed-fee proposal with a validity date. When it does not, or when a project exceeds review thresholds, the order goes to a Wert-Berater manager, who confirms a fixed fee in writing. Either way you see the fee before you accept anything.
| Option | How it is set |
|---|---|
| Standard | Calculated in business days from launch, excluding weekends and observed holidays, against scheduled capacity. |
| Rush | Offered only when rush capacity exists for that week; the proposal states the date and any rush fee before acceptance. |
All dates in the portal are shown in Eastern Time.
Admins see every order; other roles see assigned orders only.
Uploads are quarantined if scanning is unavailable, never marked clean.
Quotes and accepted agreements are preserved as issued.
Client sign-in requires MFA, as it does for every Wert-Berater portal user.
Not always. Where management has approved a pricing rule that covers the program, project type and complexity, the portal presents a fixed-fee proposal. Projects outside approved rules go to manual review, and a fixed fee is confirmed in writing before anything is due. The portal never shows a zero or placeholder fee.
Acceptance of the engagement letter, confirmed payment or approved institutional terms, the minimum required documents, and available capacity. A draft order alone is not an engagement.
By the bank instructions on the invoice, recorded against the existing invoice ledger. There is no card checkout.
Organization administrators see all of their institution's orders. Officers, underwriters, accounting staff and invited borrowers see only orders they are assigned to.
Verification email depends on mail delivery being enabled for the portal. If the registration page reports that mail is unavailable, contact Wert-Berater directly and the account can be completed manually.
New institutions register first; the administrator then adds officers, underwriters and accounting contacts.
Analytical continuity
Carry the financing case into ongoing loan and portfolio review.
The analytical relationship does not have to end when the feasibility study is delivered. Wert-Berater can continue monitoring the asset against the original underwriting assumptions, updating market conditions, testing coverage, identifying performance variances and maintaining a recurring analytical record.
