Feasibility Studies for Lenders, Banks, CDCs & Credit Committees

Wert-Berater provides independent third-party feasibility studies, market analysis, financial modeling and related due diligence for commercial lenders, SBA lenders, CDCs, USDA lenders and credit committees nationwide. Registered lenders can obtain project pricing, generate an engagement letter, select standard or rush delivery, upload underwriting materials and manage the entire assignment through the Wert-Berater lender portal.

Lender services index

One desk for the programs your credit team actually books

Each line goes to the page that owns that topic. Conventional, SBA and USDA pages remain the detailed references; this hub routes you to the right one and to the order flow.

Why the portal exists

Order a study the way you order an appraisal

A feasibility study should not begin as a week of email. The lender portal keeps the scope, the fee, the engagement letter, the document checklist, invoices and status in one place, scoped to your institution and to the people assigned to each order.

Repeat orders reuse your organization, contact and billing defaults, never a prior borrower's files. Updates to a delivered study open as linked orders so the history stays intact.

What we will not do. Wert-Berater does not arrange, broker or place financing, and does not vary a fee with the finding. Draft orders are not engagements: work begins only after the engagement letter is accepted, payment or approved institutional terms are confirmed, and required documents are on file.
Built for credit work

What lenders get in every engagement

Independence

Fee fixed before the work

The determination is whatever the evidence supports, including conditioned or unfavorable findings.

Model

Fully linked financials

Change an assumption and watch coverage move, instead of taking the conclusion on trust.

Stress

Downside and break-even

Moderate and severe cases with the point at which coverage reaches 1.00x stated plainly.

Delivery

Standard or rush

Delivery dates are calculated in business days against real capacity, not promised in advance.

Questions

Before you register

Who can order through the lender portal?

Commercial and community banks, credit unions, SBA lenders and CDCs, USDA lenders, and the loan officers, underwriters and credit staff who work for them. Borrowers can be invited to an order by their lender.

Does Wert-Berater arrange or place financing?

No. Wert-Berater is an independent provider of feasibility studies and related services. It does not provide financing, broker debt or equity, or advise on investment.

Is pricing shown immediately?

Fees are fixed in writing before work begins. Where an approved pricing rule covers the project, the portal can present a fixed-fee proposal; otherwise the order is routed to manual review and a fixed fee is confirmed before anything is due.

Can the lender rely on the study?

Reliance is addressed in the engagement letter. Name every institution that will rely on the study at the time of order rather than after delivery.

Ready when the credit file is

Put the next feasibility study on a portal, not an email thread.

Create an institution account once. Every officer, underwriter and accounting contact you add works from the same order record.

Analytical continuity

After the Investment: Independent Performance Monitoring

Carry the financing case into ongoing loan and portfolio review.

The analytical relationship does not have to end when the feasibility study is delivered. Wert-Berater can continue monitoring the asset against the original underwriting assumptions, updating market conditions, testing coverage, identifying performance variances and maintaining a recurring analytical record.
