Questions

About the checklist

Is my review saved or sent anywhere?

No. Scores and notes stay in your browser's local storage on this device, and the PDF is generated in the browser. Nothing is transmitted to Wert-Berater.

How is the result calculated?

Each category scores Strong 3, Adequate 2, Weak 1 or Not addressed 0. With all 13 scored, a study with no weak categories and at least 80% of points supports credit review; up to two weak categories and at least 60% is usable with follow-up questions; otherwise it has material gaps.

Can I use this on a study prepared by another firm?

Yes. The checklist is preparer-neutral and is meant for reviewing any feasibility study in a credit file.

Ready when the credit file is

Need a study that scores Strong across the board?

Independent, linked-model feasibility studies prepared for lender review.

Analytical continuity

After the Investment: Independent Performance Monitoring

Carry the financing case into ongoing loan and portfolio review.

The analytical relationship does not have to end when the feasibility study is delivered. Wert-Berater can continue monitoring the asset against the original underwriting assumptions, updating market conditions, testing coverage, identifying performance variances and maintaining a recurring analytical record.

Before capital is deployedWert-Berater tests the investment thesis.
After capital is deployedWert-Berater tests whether actual performance continues to support it.
