Independent Analysis for Capital Providers
Capital providers make one decision at closing and live with it for years. Wert-Berater supports the decision with lender-grade feasibility and underwriting, and supports the years that follow with monitoring.
Scope
What this analysis is for
Since 1998 Wert-Berater has prepared feasibility studies relied on by banks, SBA lenders, CDCs and USDA lenders. That work has always been designed for credit review: documented market evidence, transparent assumptions and debt service tested under stress. The same analytical discipline extends past closing into construction monitoring, loan monitoring and portfolio surveillance.
Our established lender ordering path remains available for feasibility studies. For broader programs, including monitoring and portfolio review, a briefing is the better starting point.

Each line is tested against independent market and operating evidence, not accepted from the sponsor or seller model.

|---|---|
| Banks | Conventional credit feasibility, global cash flow context and construction oversight. |
| SBA lenders and CDCs | Feasibility responsive to the applicable SBA SOP and transaction, and 504 portfolio monitoring. |

Analytical continuity
After the Investment: Independent Performance Monitoring
For lenders, the relationship does not have to end at closing. The feasibility study establishes the underwriting; monitoring tests whether the credit continues to perform against it.
The analytical relationship does not have to end when the feasibility study is delivered. Wert-Berater can continue monitoring the asset against the original underwriting assumptions, updating market conditions, testing coverage, identifying performance variances and maintaining a recurring analytical record.

A briefing is a working conversation about the decision, the evidence available and the scope that would answer it. There is no obligation, and nothing is subscribed.
