A live performance theater feasibility study was completed for the proposed new construction project in Cleveland, Tennessee. This live performance feasibility study included a market analysis and funding sources for grants and loans for a new project.

Live Performance Theater Feasibility Study The Playhouse is now the leading nonprofit professional performing arts organization in rural Tennessee and ranks among the ten largest professional theaters in rural America. The proposed Live Performing Arts Center will be situated on approximately 2.92 acres of donated land, which includes existing structures known as the Old Woolen Mill Theater.
