Events Center Feasibility Study According to the Company’s management, the current 19,222± square foot facility is operating at full capacity for meetings, educational programs, and administrative functions.
The proposed new construction is intended to address this growing demand and optimize operational efficiency.
The planned $7.5 million facility will be a free-standing, elevated three-story structure encompassing approximately 15,276± square feet, featuring a modern office design with garage-style parking at grade level.
Accordingly, the study has been conducted in compliance with SBA CFR-2011-Title13 §120.160, ensuring its suitability for a Federally Related Transaction.
