The Team at Wert-Berater, Inc. completed the planned new construction Anaerobic Digester - Biogas project at Swine Road, Bartlett, Nebraska 68622 in Wheeler County tin accordance with USDA feasibility study guidelines .

Anaerobic Digester - Biogas Feasibility Study The USDA Compliant Feasibility Study was conducted in compliance with RD Instruction 4279-B, which outlines the requirements for feasibility studies necessary for USDA grant underwriting. The grant application seeks funding in the amount of $4,500,000, while the total estimated project cost is approximately $21,652,654.

In accordance with USDA guidelines , this feasibility study included comprehensive evaluations of the project's economic, market, technical, financial, and management feasibility evaluations. Conclusions for each evaluation were presented at the end of their respective sections.

As outlined in USDA Guide RD Instruction 4279-B, the following key components are addressed:

• Executive Summary : Provides a general overview of the project, including its location, scale, and key details. It includes evaluations and professional opinions on the project's economic, technical, market, financial, and management feasibility. Additionally, it offers recommendations for implementation and presents an overall conclusion regarding the project's likelihood of success (Revised 10-05-16, PN 489).
• Economic Feasibility : Assesses the project site, the availability of trained or trainable labor, and the existing infrastructure, including utilities, transportation access by rail, air, and road.
• Market Feasibility : Examines the sales organization and management structure, the market scope and potential, and the marketing strategies for the principal products and byproducts. This section evaluates the competitive landscape, customer commitments, and the adequacy of raw materials and supplies. It also includes projections of total supply, demand, procurement plans, and associated costs, as well as the form and terms of raw material commitments (e.g., marketing agreements).
• Technical Feasibility : Evaluates the suitability of the selected site for its intended use, including an environmental impact analysis. The report is based on verifiable data and provides comprehensive information and analysis to determine the feasibility of achieving the projected financial and production goals. It also identifies potential constraints or limitations in financial projections and highlights any facility or design-related factors that could influence the project's success.
